Policy Exceptions

 

Our no return policy does not apply to products that are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the defect. We will work with you to find a solution, which may include a replacement or a refund.
